Sirena Peligro is a Languages and Production Hub based in Oaxaca, Mexico founded by translator and interpreter María Ítaka in 2016. Our purpose is to provide support for your creative and/or research projects with innovative approaches and solutions. We create audiovisual and written content that focuses on powerful storytelling, moving imagery, anthropology, sociology, sustainable development, gastronomy and culture.
We work with video teams, photographers, activists, researchers and journalists across Mexico, including chef Andrew Zimmern, the host of Bizarre Foods, Netflix, Milk Street, James Beard Award Winners and De Mensen.
